You may use a high-resolution image provided by the customer:

28.5–29 mm round image. We do not provide production services. File format: PNG.

Example:

1. Customer provides image

2. Confirm production is possible

3. Customer purchases the watch + this add-on ($23)

4. Production begins upon receipt of payment. Shipping occurs 7–10 business days after completion.

5. Once customization begins, no refunds will be accepted for any reason.
