Welcome to BLIGER. By using this website and placing an order you agree to the following terms.

Business Hours & Response Time

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00 (GMT+8).
• Sunday and public holidays are rest days — no orders are processed and after-sales service is not available during rest time.
• Messages and orders received outside working hours will be handled on the next working day.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
• Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders under $10 ship via a standard (non-tracked) service.
• Orders over $10 ship with full tracking via China Post or 4PX.
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Inspection After Receipt

• Please inspect your item within 48 hours of receiving it and confirm everything is correct and in good condition.
• If there is any problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help you quickly. Claims reported after this window may not be processed.

Custom Products – No Refund

• Customized / personalized products (including custom dial printing, laser engraved items, and any made-to-order pieces) are final sale and are NOT eligible for refund or exchange once production begins.
• Please double-check your custom design and details before ordering.

Taxes & Customs

• Prices quoted do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by your local customs authority.

Returns & Claims

• Standard (non-custom) items: if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Quality issues are handled individually with a fair resolution.

Liability

• The colors shown on screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings.
• All measurements are approximate and may vary by +/-1-3mm.
