Inspect within 48 hours

Please check your item as soon as you receive it and confirm everything is correct and in good condition. If there is any problem, contact us WITHIN 48 HOURS of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly. Claims reported after this window may not be accepted.

Custom / personalized items – final sale

Customized products (custom dial printing, laser engraved items, and made-to-order pieces) are NOT eligible for return or refund once production begins. Please confirm your design carefully before ordering.

Eligible for return (standard items)

• Item is unused and in its original condition/box.
• Request made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Fault is due to our error, wrong item shipped, or a defect.

Return shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we will arrange and cover the return.
• Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund

Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
